Reservation Deposit and Payment

Deposit & Payment Terms

In order to complete and secure your reservation, you will need to make a deposit or full payment:

  • More than 120 days from departure – A non-refundable $300 deposit per person is required.
  • 120 days or fewer from departure – Full payment is due at the time of confirmation.
  • A separate reservation form and deposit/payment are required for each participant to secure your reservation.

Payment Methods

  • Credit Card – Payments by credit card are subject to a 3% surcharge (waived if you choose the Pay-in-Full option).
  • Zelle – No fee. Send to billing@northwestalpineguides.com and notify us by email, or scan our Zelle QR Code.

Payment Options

Deposit Option – Pay the $300 deposit at booking. The remaining balance is due 120 days prior to the trip start date. If the balance is not received by the due date, your reservation will be canceled and all program fees forfeited. A payment reminder will be sent from billing@northwestalpineguides.com about four weeks before the due date.

Pay-in-Full Option – Pay the full balance at the time of booking to expedite confirmation and waive credit card surcharge fees. This includes the non-refundable $300 deposit. If you cancel 121 days or more before departure, you will receive a refund minus the $300 deposit and any credit card processing fees. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 120 days of departure.

If you do not find your trip listed please use the deposit payment link and we will email you an invoice for the balance due.
