Private climbs are an excellent way for individual climbers, groups of friends and organizations to enjoy a personalized guided experience. At Northwest Alpine Guides, we specialize in designing custom itineraries for families, friends, student organizations, fundraisers, all-female groups, corporate clients and individuals who aspire to climb a classic Northwest mountaineering objective or another peak or route.
Due to scheduling requirements, we recommend that private clients contact us six months in advance. However, late reservations are often possible subject to guide availability.

*North Cascades National Park trips conducted on a private basis require a backcountry wilderness reservation. Reservation inquiries must be submitted no later than February 1st.

Deposit and Payments
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person secures your reservation.
- The balance is due 120 days prior to start date.**
- The balance can be paid by credit card with a surcharge of 3.0%, or Zelle payment network.
- If your balance payment is not received 120 days before the start of your program, your reservation will be canceled, and all program fees forfeited.
**For private trips in the North Cascades National Park and Olympic National Park requiring backcountry wilderness reservations the balance of the trip is due at the time the permit is approved by the National Park, even if more than 120 days prior to start date. All fees are non-refundable.
