MEET SPENCER
Spencer grew up in New England climbing very few mountains but always finding himself exploring the natural world. On a pivotal cross country trip his family took him to many national parks, and he discovered how fulfilling the challenge of the mountains can be. These seeds planted led him to start guiding outdoor excursions in 2018, ranging from therapeutic backpacking in Maine to mountaineering in Alaska. After hiking the entirety of the Pacific Crest Trail in 2021, he discovered the North Cascades to be the most magnificent place he had ever seen. Since then, he has started to grow roots here looking for nooks to climb and crannies to ski all over the range. Spencer has a passion for teaching and loves helping people learn and achieve things they never thought they would.
