Promotional Policy: Terms & Conditions
Book Early Sale trips are subject to the Northwest Alpine Guides Promotional Policy terms and conditions. Please contact us with questions.
- Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to qualify for promotional pricing; a reservation deposit secures the trip at the normal purchase price and under normal purchase terms.
- Refunds: All promotional reservations are non-refundable for any reason.
- Trip Date Selection: Trip dates may be selected at any time by submitting a reservation form, subject to availability. Reservations are not confirmed until a reservation form has been submitted and accepted.
- Date Changes: Once a reservation has been confirmed, trip dates may be changed only up to 60 days before the scheduled departure date. A $100 per person date change fee will apply, along with any increase in the current trip price. Date changes are subject to availability, are valid only within the current climbing season, and are not permitted within 60 days of departure.
- Promotional Pricing: Promotional pricing is valid only for the trip reservation purchased and does not transfer to a new departure date. If a reservation is changed, the promotional discount is forfeited, and the reservation will be repriced at the current applicable rate.
- Eligible Reservations: Promotional pricing is available only for reservations booked directly through The Guide Hut website and paid in full at the time of booking.
- Travel Insurance: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment.
